Students resident in Monaco nationals of Member States of the European Union

You do not need a student visa to study in Spain.

In addition, for all students (students of Monegasque nationality, students resident in Monaco nationals of countries not members of the European Union and students resident in Monaco nationals of Member States of the European Union), if your stay in Spain lasts more than 90 days, you must apply for a foreign national identity card (NIE) within 30 days of your arrival in Spain. This is done at the local office of foreigners (Oficina de Extranjería).
